    Sub-area C15 contains the de-tail areas: C15.1 of approximately 6,800 m2, C15.2 of approximately 11,200 m2 and C15.3 of approximately 2,700 m2 Retail area C15.1 may be used for hotel and restaurant business and related activities as well as pool and spa area. Retail area A15.2 may be used for open-low housing development with detached single-family houses / semi-detached houses (one dwelling / two dwellings per house), dense-low housing development with row / chain and cluster houses, liberal professions such as real estate agent, architect, engineer, computer consultant, hairdresser and the like, which can be adapted in the area and which are compatible with the area's homes.
