Buildings within construction area IV may be built in 2 storeys without an utilized roof. When the building plots in this municipal plan supplement have been utilized, the area is considered to be fully developed without residual space.

The area will be served by Jørgen Sverdrupip Aqqutaa, Qupaloraarsuk and two access roads, one of which only serves as an access road to the hotel. Jørgen Sverdrupip Aqqutaa is covered by a 10 m road construction line (a conditional zone) measured from the center of the road, as shown in Appendix 2. The other roads in the area are covered by a road construction line (a conditional zone) of 3 m measured from the center of the road. The conditional zone is reserved for technical supply, and no construction may take place within it any kind of settlement.
