The area is to be used for centre purposes within retail, public and private service, homes, hotel, restaurants as well as public administration and institutions.

The area covers an area of some 1,3 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of 11 metres

The area can hold another 5 homes and has 1,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Road access to the area is to be from Radioqarfiup Aqqutaa

No special provisions

The area is covered by the protection zone for the water catchment area. The protection zone is determined based on the local drainage conditions. Constructing buildings and facilities or keeping dogs etc. within the protection zone is not permitted

In the area, small open areas are to be reserved for playing. Within the area, it is not permitted to establish companies that, in terms of dust, smoke, odour, noise or in any other way, cause significant nuisance to their surroundings, the area’s users, the activities of the telecommunications station or that pose a pollution hazard to the water lake
