Remaining available space
The area has 5,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Regulated zones
The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface). In the overflight area, buildings and other facilities cannot be higher than level 59.8 metres. Under the transition surface, the maximum ridge height is variable and depends on the distance to overflight area

Special provisions
The area may be regulated using quarrystone, and hill knolls may be blasted. When using the southern part of the area, the cemetery is to be respected, meaning that it is not littered and that it is not scarred by buildings. Heavily polluting companies may set up in the area. The establishment of a heavily polluting company presupposes an environmental permit, pursuant to the Government of Greenland’s Executive Order no. 11 of 20 August 2004 on environmental approval of heavily polluting companies etc.
