Some new homes can be built on the basis of a concrete assessment. Based on a concrete assessment, it is possible to add to existing buildings.

From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features
Within a distance of 20 metres, registered ancient monuments are to be kept clear of buildings and facilities, cf. section 5 in the Preservation Act. The Greenland National Museum may grant an exception from the provisions.
