Use
The area is to be used for technical purposes. The area is to be used for technical purposes in the shape of mining and quarrying sand, gravel and stones, as aggregates for concrete. It is allowed to place relevant plants such as concrete mixing plants and sorters, in the area. The area is reserved for mining and quarrying by excavation as well as relevant plants. Furthermore it is allowed to use some of the area for storage of excavated materials.

Heavily polluting companies may set up in the area. The establishment of a heavily polluting company presupposes an environmental permit, pursuant to the Government of Greenland’s Executive Order no. 11 of 20 August 2004 on environmental approval of heavily polluting companies etc.
