Use
The area is to be used for public purposes such as school, institutions, cultural and sports facilities and similar public purposes as well as homes. Unbuilt areas which have not been laid out for other purposes can be laid out and used as common free areas only, and their appearance must be consistent with the location and use of the area.

Building provisions
New buildings within building plot 1-4 are to have a maximum height of three storeys. New buildings within building plot 5-8 are to have a maximum height of two storeys, corresponding to one full floor with a habitable attic

Remaining available space
The area has 4200 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. The available space is corresponding to the building plots given cf. map appendix 1. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Traffic service and utilities
Road access to the area is to be from Marralinnguaq. Marralinnguaq is covered by a 7,5 m road building line (regulated zone) in distance from the middle of the road. The new side road fom Marralinnguaq is covered by a 3 m road building line (regulated zone) in distance from the middle of the road

Regulated zones
Regulated zones exist around the airport in the shape of obstacle limitation surfaces that consist of partly a horizontal surface and a conical surface, partly approach and take-off surfaces in continuation of the runway. The area is located under the airport’s obstacle limitation surface, and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities cannot be established higher than level 73.0 metres and roads no higher than level 68.0 metres. Marralinnguaq and the new side road is covered by road building lines. Though there can be etablished parking etc. within the road building line
