Areas for industry and ports

The use of the area is determined for commercial and port area in the form of a breakwater for breakwater in the port area, so mooring of dinghies and boats in the area is safer and frees up areas at the schooner quay. Undeveloped areas that have not been laid out for other purposes may only be designed or used as common public open spaces and must be given a design that harmonizes with the area's location and use.

The area comprises an area of approximately 0.25 ha corresponding to 2,500m2.

Smaller new buildings and facilities can be established as part of the port's use of the area. The required water areas can be filled.

In the harbor area from the coast to subarea B02, boulders (large stones) must be laid out that can provide shelter from icebergs and waves. Once the above facilities have been established, the area is considered fully developed and without residual space.

The area is serviced by the road from Arsaffimmut. An access road to the pier must be established in the sub-area.

No special provisions.

The area is located below the obstacle-free surface of the helical stop (overflow area and transition surface), where the maximum tilt elevation for buildings and facilities is variable with a positive slope away from the take-off and landing area.

The area is allowed to be regulated with blasted stone, and rock is allowed to be blasted down. Pier and dinghy facilities can be built in the area. New buildings must not be used for housing. Goods can be stored within the area.
