  • Use

    The area is to be used for residential purposes with open-low residential buildings in the shape of detached single-family houses, dense-low residential buildings such as terraced houses. Undeveloped areas not zoned for other purposes may only be built or used as common open space and must be given a design that is consistent with the location and use of the area.

  • Current conditions

    The area covers an area of some 12 ha.

  • Building provisions

    New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys, corresponding to one floor with a habitable attic, measuring no more than 6.5 metres to the ridge.

  • Remaining available space

    Detail area A12.1 can hold another 36 homes, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Detail area A12.2 can hold another 15 homes, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilized, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

  • Traffic service and utilities

    Road access to the area is to be from an extension of Tatsip Akuanut.

  • Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features

    No special provisions.

  • Regulated zones

    The suburban roads are covered by road construction lines of 5 m and 10 m, respectively, measured from the road center.

  • Special provisions

    Unbuilt areas can be adapted as common open space or maintained unspoiled.
