The area is to be used for residential purposes with open-low residential buildings in the shape of detached single-family houses, dense-low residential buildings such as terraced houses etc. as well as residential multi-storey buildings

The area covers an area of some 4 ha

In plots 1-3 and 24-53, new buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys. In plot 4-23, new buildings are to have a maximum height of one storey

The area can hold another 25 homes, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Road access to the area is to be from Tatsip Akuanut and Thomas Pjetturssonip Aqq.
