Mixed residential areas

The use of the area is determined for residential purposes with the possibility of accommodation. Buildings must be built as open-low residential buildings in the form of detached single-family houses or close-in low-rise residential buildings in the form of semi-detached houses or terraced houses. Within the area of ​​the subdivision plan, technical facilities can be built for the area's supply. The facilities must be located and is designed taking into account the built-up area and the undeveloped areas that have been established. Dog teams can be placed within the sub-area so that they cause the least possible inconvenience to surrounding buildings.

The area covers an area of ​​approximately 39,000 m2.

New buildings can be built in up to 2 storeys, equivalent to 1 storey with a used attic.

New homes and extensions to existing buildings can be built on the basis of a specific assessment.

Access to the settlement's other areas and functions is ensured from the area via the existing system of carriageways and paths. Within the area, roads, carriageways, paths etc. can be established which ensure access to the sub-area's functions and to the settlement's other surrounding areas and functions. The path to the heli stop must be kept clear of buildings, cf. Map Appendix 3.

No special provisions

The area north of the heliport, cf. map appendix 3, may not be built on to ensure that the area is kept clear of the entry and exit zone, if air traffic is established.
