The use of the area is determined for central purposes in the form of hotels and residences.

The area covers an area of ​​approximately 9 ha.

New buildings can be built with a maximum height of 11.0 m.

Individual new homes/centre functions can be built on the basis of a specific assessment. Based on a specific assessment, there is possibility of extension to existing construction.

Access to the settlement's other areas and functions is ensured from the area via the existing system of carriageways and paths.

No special provisions

Claused zones have been determined around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces which consist of, on the one hand, a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of entry and exit surfaces in the extension of the runway. The area is located within the obstacle-free plan at the airport and is covered by the approach and departure surfaces. The maximum tilt elevation for buildings and structures and construction elevation for roads is variable and depends on distance to the runway and a perpendicular distance from the centerline. The area is located below the obstacle-free plan for the airport and is covered by the horizontal surface where buildings and other facilities may not be constructed above an elevation of 134.1 meters and roads may not be constructed above an elevation of 129.1 meters.
