Common purposes

The area is to be used for public purposes such as a service building as well as a few homes

The area covers an area of some 1.6 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys. Basement can be established if the terrain is positive.

The area can hold another 6 homes and a service building. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area. Building zones 1 and 2 is planned for authority project and other purposes cannot be applied for.

From the area, access is to be provided to from the north by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum ridge height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.
