The area is to be used for residential purposes with open-low residential buildings in the shape of detached single-family houses, dense-low residential buildings such as terraced houses etc. as well as residential multi-storey buildings

The area covers an area of some 9 ha

Building provisions
New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys.

Remaining available space
The area can hold another 10 homes, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

Regulated zones
The area is covered by the protection zone for the water catchment area. The protection zone is determined based on the local drainage conditions. Constructing buildings and facilities or keeping dogs etc. within the protection zone is not permitted. The area is covered by the tank facility’s safety zone. The safety zone has a radius of 20 metres from the outer limit of the tank facility. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions. The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum rigde height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.
