Based on an analysis, a decision must be taken on the future of the subarea.

From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features
Within a distance of 20 metres, registered ancient monuments are to be kept clear of buildings and facilities, cf. section 5 in the Preservation Act. The Greenland National Museum may grant an exception from the provisions.

Regulated zones
The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum rigde height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.
