The area is to be used for activities within office, contractors, industry, warehouses, skilled trade, workshop, production and transport as well as port purposes involving dock and pier facilities, terminal functions and similar port facilities. The offshore area may be used for anchoring and mooring

The area covers an area of some 1 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of 11 metres

The area has 3,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area. it is possible to add to existing buildings.

From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

B-73, B-75, B-77 and B-81 are preservation-worthy. These buildings can only be demolished or their appearances changed following prior permission by the municipal council.

The area is covered by the tank facility’s safety zone. The safety zone has a radius of 20 metres from the outer limit of the tank facility. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions. The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum rigde height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.

No special provisions
