The area is to be used for public purposes such as school, institutions, cultural and sports facilities and similar public purposes, including a service house/multi-function house and/or another type of day-care institution for children and young people. A boarding school may be established.
The area covers an area of some 3 ha
New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys.
Remaining available space
Some new housing / center functions can be built on the basis of a concrete assessment. Based on a concrete assessment. It is possible to add to existing buildings.
Traffic service and utilities
From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths
Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features
B-57, B-149 and B-174 are preservation-worthy. These buildings can only be demolished or their appearances changed following prior permission by the municipal council.
The area is covered by the tank facility’s safety zone. The safety zone has a radius of 20 metres from the outer limit of the tank facility. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions.
The church surroundings are to be kept clear of new buildings in a distance of 25 metres from the church. Dog keeping is not permitted in the area
