  • Use

    The use of the area is determined for residential purposes in the form of single family houses. Undeveloped areas not provided for other purposes may only be used as common public areas and must be given a design that is consistent with the location and application of the area.

  • Current conditions

    The area covers an area of some 7.7 ha

  • Building provisions

    Single family houses can be built up to 2 floors corresponding to one floor with one utilized attics. The ridge height must be a maximum of 8.0 m above level plan for each building area (see Appendix 1).

  • Remaining available space

    There can be 11 single-family houses in the sub-area. When the construction option above is exercised the area is considered complete and no residual spaciousness.

  • Traffic service and utilities

    From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

  • Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features

    No special provisions

  • Regulated zones

    The area is covered by the tank facility’s safety zone. The safety zone has a radius of 20 metres from the outer limit of the tank facility. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions.
