Common purposes

The use of the area is determined for the police station, institution, shop, hotel, youth hostel and the like. accommodation. Undeveloped areas that are not laid out for other purposes may only be designed or used as common public open spaces and must provides a design that harmonizes with the location and use of the area.

The area is located within the obstacle-free level at the airports and is covered by inbound and outbound areas. The maximum tilt elevation for buildings and facilities and construction elevation for roads is variable and depends on the distance to the runway and a perpendicular distance from the center line. The area is located below the obstacle-free plan for the airports and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities may not be built above elevation 73.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above elevation 67.0 meters for the existing airport.
