Common purposes

The area is to be used for public purposes in the shape of detached single-family houses, public purposes such as a home for troubled young persons and night-soil collection, dog keeping, boat storage as well as liberal professions

The area covers an area of some 4 ha

New buildings are to consist of detached single- and two-family houses of up to two storeys. Furthermore, buildings for public purposes may be constructed of a height of up to two storeys

The area is fully developed without any available space

Road access to the area is to be from Jørgen Sverdrupip Aqqutaa and Minnerup Aqqutaa

No special provisions

Regulated zones exist around the airport in the shape of obstacle limitation surfaces that consist of partly a horizontal surface and a conical surface, partly approach and take-off surfaces in continuation of the runway. The area is located under the airport’s obstacle limitation surface, and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities cannot be established higher than level 73.0 metres and roads no higher than level 68.0 metres.
