The use of the area is determined for residential purposes with open-low and close-low housing developments in the form of terraced houses and multi-storey buildings and a like.

The area covers an area of ​​approximately 2.0 ha.

New buildings can be built in up to 3 floors.

The area has a residual capacity of 45 homes, depending on the final design of the building. When the above construction possibilities have been used, the area is considered fully developed and without residual space.

The area is serviced by road from Mittarfimmut Aqqutaa. Area is reserved for a new residential road within the area, as shown in principle on Appendix 1.

No special provisions

Claused zones have been determined around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces which consist of, partly a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of approach and departure surfaces in the extension of the runway. The area is located within the barrier-free plan at the airport and is covered by approach and departure surfaces. The maximum tilting elevation for buildings and structures and construction elevation for roads is variable and depends on distance to the runway and a perpendicular distance from the centerline. The area is located below the obstacle-free plan for the airport and is covered by the horizontal surface where buildings and other facilities may not be constructed above an elevation of 73.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above an elevation of 68.0 meters.
