    Subarea A29 contains the detail areas:
    A29.1 of approximately 32.300 m², A29.2 of approximately 4.100 m² and A29.3 of approximately 3.800 m²
    Retail area A29.1 may be used for open-low buildings such as detached single-family houses and semi-detached houses with vertical apartment separation.
    Retail area A29.2 may be used for apartment buildings.
    Retail area A29.3 may be used for commercial purposes such as a hotel or hostel.
    Within the entire sub-area A29, liberal professions may be operated in buildings used for residential purposes. This applies to liberal professions, which can generally be carried out in residential buildings, provided that:
    - the company is run by the person who lives in the property in question,
    - the character of the building as a residential building is not violated, including with regard to signage and lighting,
    - the parking needs derived from business operations occur in connection with the business and not on public roads,
    - the liberal arts sector utilizes no more than half of the building's total gross floor area,
    - the character of the area as a residential area is not broken, as well as
    - the profession does not cause any kind of nuisance to the surroundings,
    Technical facilities such as transformer stations etc. can be fitted into the sub-area.

  • Building provisions

    In detail area A29.1, new buildings can be built up to 1 floor.
    In detail area A29.2, new buildings can be built up to 4 floors.
    In detail area A29.3, new buildings can be built up to 4 floors.

  • Remaining available space

    The area can hold another 12 homes and 1.800 m2 central development, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

  • Traffic service and utilities

    Road access to the area is to be from Mittarfimmut Aqqut.
    The area is serviced internally via Nuussuattaap Aqqutaa.

  • Regulated zones

    Regulated zones exist around the airport in the shape of obstacle limitation surfaces that consist of partly a horizontal surface and a conical surface, partly approach and take-off surfaces in continuation of the runway. The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the airport and is covered by approach and take-off surfaces. The maximum ridge level of buildings and facilities and the construction level of roads are variable and depend on the distance to the runway and a right-angled distance from the centre line. The area is located under the airport’s obstacle limitation surface, and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities cannot be established higher than level 73.0 metres and roads no higher than level 67.0 metres.
