Mixed residential areas

The use of the area is determined for residential purposes with open-low housing development in the form of detached single-family houses, close-to-low housing development such as terraced houses etc. as well as apartment buildings. Retail area A26.1 may be used for open-rise housing (detached single-family houses with one dwelling per property). Retail area A26.2 may be used for close-to-low housing developments (row and terraced houses). Retail area A26.3 may be used for close-to-low housing developments (row and terraced houses). Retail area A26.4 may be used for apartment buildings.

The area covers an area of ​​approximately 4.5 ha.

In retail areas A26.1 and A26.4, new buildings can be built up to 2 storeys. In retail areas A26.2 and A26.3, buildings can be built in up to 3 floors.

The area has a residual capacity of 13 homes, depending on the final design of the building. When the above building options have been utilized, the area is considered to be fully developed and with no remaining space.

The area is serviced by road from Qoororsuup Aqquserna.

No special provisions

Restricted zones have been defined around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces which consist of, on the one hand, a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of approach and exit surfaces in the extension of the runway. The area is located below the barrier-free plan for the airport and is covered by the horizontal surface where buildings and other facilities may not be constructed above an elevation of 73.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above an elevation of 68.0 meters.
