Dense-low residential housing

The area is to be used for residential purposes with dense-low residential buildings in the shape of terraced houses. Undeveloped areas which aren't laid down for other purposes, may only be used as public recreational areas. The layout of these areas has to be consistent with the location and use of the area.

The area covers a total of 1.200 m2.

New buildings are to have a maximum height of 2 storeys.

Der kan opføres bebyggelse inden for det på bilag 1 viste byggefelt. Området har en restrummelighed på 8 boliger afhængigt af bebyggelsens endelige udformning. Når ovenstående byggemulig–hed er udnyttet regnes området for fuldt udbygget og uden restrummelighed.

Road access to the area is to be from Hafnarfjödur'ip Aqq.

No special provisions.

Regulated zones exist around the airport in the shape of obstacle limitation surfaces that consist of partly a horizontal surface and a conical surface, partly approach and take-off surfaces in continuation of the runway. The area is located under the airport’s obstacle limitation surface, and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities cannot be established higher than level 73.0 metres and roads no higher than level 68.0 metres.
