The area is to be used as an unbuilt area in the shape of common open space

The area covers an area of some 153 ha

Only to a miniscule extent may new buildings and facilities be established as part of the recreational use of the area

Based on an analysis, a decision must be taken on the future of the subarea.

Within the area, only roads and other facilities that ensure the execution of the town plan’s projects are to be established

No special provisions

The area is covered by the protection zone for the water catchment area. The protection zone is determined based on the local drainage conditions. Constructing buildings and facilities or keeping dogs etc. within the protection zone is not permitted. The area is covered by the telecommunications installations’ line of sight area. The line of sight area is variable and depends on where the installations are located on the ground. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the line of sight area provisions. This area includes a line of sight area of 100.0 metres around the telecommunications installations. The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface). In the overflight area, buildings and other facilities cannot be higher than level 89.8 metres. Under the transition surface, the maximum ridge height is variable and depends on the distance to overflight area
