Areas for industry and ports

The area is to be used for activities within office, contractors, industry, warehouses, skilled trade, workshop, production, transport and storage, as well as port purposes involving dock and pier facilities, terminal functions and similar port facilities. The offshore area may be used for anchoring and mooring. Within the area, technical supply plants can be established to supply the area. The location and design of the plants are to be determined, while respecting the neighbouring buildings and the unbuilt areas

The area covers an area of some 2.1 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of 12 metres

The area is fully developed without any available space. it is possible to add to existing buildings.

From the area, access is to be provided to the other areas and functions in the settlement by means of the existing system of wheel tracks and paths

B-804 and B-827 are preservation-worthy. These buildings can only be demolished or their appearances changed following prior permission by the municipal council.

No special provisions

New buildings must be coordinated with the establishment and construction of new infrastructure.
