    The area is designated for a power plant in the form of a detached power plant facility with parking and a turnaroung. Unbuilt areas not designated for other purposes should remain free of container storage. Site preparations are possible.

    The area covers an area of some 0.66 ha

    Construction is allowed with a maximum height of 15 meters and a chimney height of up to 40 meters.

  • Remaining available space

    Subarea E13 is designated for the necessary expansion of the power plant facility, on building plot 0.35 hectares. When the above-mentioned building options are utilized, the area is considered fully developed and without remaining capacity.

  • Traffic service and utilities

    The area is serviced by an extension of Radioqarfiup Aqqutaa Road.
