Areas for industry and ports

The use of the area is determined for commercial purposes within office, contracting, warehouse, craft, workshop, production and transport as well as port purposes with quay and pier facilities, as well as terminal functions and similar port facilities. The lake area can be used for anchoring and mooring. Undeveloped areas that have not been laid out for another purpose may only be furnished or used as shared public open spaces and must be given a design that harmonizes with the area's location and use.

The area covers an area of ​​approximately 7,800 m2

New buildings can be built with a maximum height of 10 m.

Individual new commercial buildings can be built on the basis of a specific assessment. Based on a concrete assessment, there is an opportunity for extension to existing construction.

Access to the settlement's other areas and functions is ensured from the area via the existing system of carriageways and paths. Within the area, roads, carriageways, paths etc. can be established which ensure access to the sub-area's functions and to the settlement's other surrounding areas and functions.

No special provisions

The area can be located below the obstacle-free surface for the helistop (overflight area and transition surface), where it maximum tilt elevation for buildings and facilities is variable with a positive slope away from the take-off and landing area.

Facilities and companies that require special environmental approval can be established in the area, and the area can be used for particularly polluting companies covered by Chapter 5 of the Inatsisart Act No. 9 of 22 November 2011 on the protection of the environment.
