    In central areas, urban functions such as shops, liberal arts, clinics, services, public administration, housing, hotel, restaurant, parking and necessary technical facilities etc. can be accommodated.

    The area covers an area of some 4,5 ha

  • Building provisions

    New buildings are to have a maximum height of three storeys with 15 meters maximal height.

  • Remaining available space

    New buildings must be built within the area shown in Appendix 1. Subarea C29.1 has a available space of 7,500 m2 and 50 dwellings, depending on the final design of the building. Subarea C29.2 has a available space of 7,500 m2 and 50 dwellings, depending on the final design of the building. When the above building option has been utilized, the area is considered to be fully developed and without available space.

    Area is reserved for a new road, as shown in principle on map appendix 1.

  • Regulated zones

    Regulated zones have been determined around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces which consist of, partly a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of entry and exit surfaces in the extension of the runway. The area is located within the obstacle-free plane at the airport and is covered by the arrival and departure surfaces. The maximum tilting elevation for buildings and structures and construction elevation for roads is variable and depends on the distance to the runway and a perpendicular distance from the center line. The area is located below the obstacle-free plan for the airports and is covered by the horizontal surface where buildings and other facilities may not be constructed above an elevation of 73.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above an elevation of 67.0 meters for the existing airport. For the future airport, the horizontal surface is 75.0 meters high. A road construction line of 10 m measured from the center of the road is determined for new internal roads.
