§ 24 Permits by other authorities

24.1 Area allotment only concerns rights of areas. Approvals from other authorities, including planning permission, blasting permits and environmental permits, are to be applied for separately.

24.2 When granting an area allotment, the municipal council may state that, in connection with constructing a building or facilities etc., the necessary permits are to be obtained, including planning permission, excavation permit and permits to connect to the main sewer system, power grid, water and telecommunications networks.

24.3 When granting an area allotment, the municipal council may state that the applicant may expect to have to obtain an environmental permit with the Government of Greenland as well as a permit with the veterinary authorities, in order to carry out the activities planned.

24.4 The rights holder is solely responsible for obtaining any relevant permits, approvals etc. and submit these to the land authority.
